Heard from someone that it all started before game 1. Said something about the coaching staffs getting into it then it just boiled over after Lemonis questioned the arm band.

More on that, the ump never checked under the band. If you notice every pitcher used the same one and they ALL were tugging under it between pitches.

I would suggest it is that they are all jealous and upset they didn?t get offered from State or LSU, but usually the chirping from the dugout comes from the backups, so they would never have even been considered by Top of SEC programs.

Now I know the Collins kid played for Snopek?s travel team East Coast Sox and worked out at Snopek?s training facility. So he may have been a legit SEC recruit.

It was a huge series for them. MSU and LSU are the only SEC teams that they play and they are in a good baseball conference plus they lost a series to ULL. Winning a series at Dudy-Noble would have helped their postseason chances.

And it generally starts from the coaching. Some of the worst behavior I’ve ever seen from a coaches (travel ball) has come from teams out of Louisiana, from Lafayette to Monroe it doesn’t matter. And the second worst behavior I’ve seen from a MS coach was out of Natchez...for what it’s worth.

I’d tell you who the absolute biggest jerk is that I’ve ever seen in travel ball circles...but I’d get kicked off this board and banned for life!

My only experience with Louisiana travel ball was a team stayed at a hotel I was staying at.

Fun times getting their beer cans out of the back of my truck because they were too lazy to throw them in their own.
