Will be played on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Still a possibility that it could be canceled per Rosebowl. Just have to see how the weather plays out the next couple of days.

I think playing it Saturday, Sunday, Monday is probably best for all involved. That gives the teams an extra day to get there, even if they have to leave Friday morning. I think this gives the tournament the best chance of being played.

Been on hold with the box office for 45 minutes. Trying to see how tickets will be impacted.

How warm it is Saturday has nothing to do with it. It's Friday travel and the fact another system is in the way and Texas power issues, which can't help the situation

Yep, Lemonis said a short while ago that the team doesn't have a flight secured to Arlington. They are trying to fly out of Memphis and are having issues. If the team can't get there, there will be no MSU baseball this weekend.

Everett will get them there come hell or high water.....or in this case ice. Also, I imagine they'll be able to fly out of Memphis Friday with no problem.

Entirely too early to definitively say that right now. Like Homedawg said, the weather Saturday means very little. Getting there in the days prior will be what decides if the tournament will happen.

We started working on that but as of yesterday didn't have an opponent. But they are trying

Maybe we can at minimum get one of the in-state HBCUs if they are open.

I don't think Arlington is going to be cancelled. I just think the question is will we be able to get there. Arkansas has already released their starting rotation for the weekend.

Wonder if we could get USM and/or OM to come to Starkville for a little weekend action. Maybe get Alabama to come over on 82. Or like someone previously said an in state HBCU.

We're not going to get anyone to bus to Starkville. If you can play and get there then you need to try and play in Arlington IMO.
