Lets run this bitch like an NFL organization:
We make Mullen the Vice President of Player Personnel. In that job he will oversee scouting and player development
We will then make Hud GM/head game-day coach. His duties would be to acquire the players Mullen recommends and take the pieces and parts Mullen develops and form them into a workable team.
