Starkville is NOT a shit hole. I?ve lived in Columbus for 15 years. Columbus is a shit hole. Starkville is head and shoulders above Columbus and all those other cities you listed except for Oxford and, being honest, Starkville and Oxford are about equal to each other Oxford just benefits from being near Memphis.
