You are correct. I remember the announcers saying that Bama had a string of games (don't remember the number) with over 35 points and they only had like 34 till that pick six at the end.

True but in name only. We almost never just rushed 3. I don't even know why you call it a 3-3-5. It is more like a 4-2-5 or 5-1-5 or whatever. Folks make too much of the 3-3-5. He just lines up and runs different looks all the time and has versatile guys. I think that may be a future trend of Ds once people start seeing how hard it is to scheme against.
