Well maybe we will get to see how our running game has been progressing.

Honestly not the best chance to showcase the offense though when we want to recruit Texas more

Bet Tulsa plays zone and rushes 3/4, with 8/7 in coverage. All eyes in backfield. Will be very tough to run on that. You got 7-8 guys within 6 yards of the line of scrimmage all flying down hill at first sight of run. No defenders' back to the line makes it hard.

I dont want to hear 1 damn person say Tulsa has more talent than we do. Thats ridiculous

You mean like talent that fits their scheme, or just athlete against athlete?

Or 22 year olds vs 19 year olds. Is it true that Tulsa is veteran? That's what the radio said. Only game I've watched them play is vs cincy and that went to the wire. They weren't flashy, but well coached and in the right place.

I suspect both teams will struggle to score. Turnovers will be key.

Both- as good coaches adjust their scheme to the talent that they have.

Will be tough weather to throw the ball successfully. You know, I've watched a lot of the Apple Cups that Leach was involved in, and one of the biggest factors in WSU's lack of offensive success against UW is when that ball game gets annually played. Trying to run the Air Raid in the State of Washington, especially Pullman, in late November early December is very difficult. It was normally either snowing or very windy with temperatures in the 20s or lower during the game. That had as much or more to do with the Leach offense not doing all that well against UW as the rush 3 drop 8 defense did.

Well if you would leave your compound deep in the Bama Hollers you wouldn't be so batty.

Bad news for us because we really need to perform well to keep momentum going.
