Yea, you actually explain it well by saying "it feels like we're so close yet so far away" from being good. We have the players, but they are constantly out of position or put in situations that keep them from succeeding. That is the reason I'm ready for a new coach. Because I would love to see what a good coach can do with this talent if he puts it in the position to succeed against good teams.
