That's going to be a tough game, right?

could be. Depends on how much energy we show up with because it'll be their Super Bowl.

The key IMO will be their pass rush. They're 56th in the country in sacks & 27th overall in defense. If they can't generate a pass rush, it's hard to see them stopping us.

Where is if?

Ft Worth at TCU's stadium. Would be good if Leach got on some DFW recruits while he's out there

OM in the Outback vs Indiana (that'll be an interesting game...Indiana is a good team)
Arky in the Texas Bowl vs TCU
UT to the Liberty vs WV
KY gets NCState in the Gator (I didn't realize NCS had that good of a season)

So OM, Indiana, KY, & NC State are all in the Gator?

Tulsa will be a difficult game for us, for sure. They are pretty solid.

Tulsa has barely beaten most of the teams on their schedule, and their schedule isn't good. If we show up, we score 40. If we don't, tough game.

He needs to get DAK sideline pass.

If our line comes out at +2 I’m going to jump all over the moneyline with a hefty bet, so y’all can thank me when we get throttled.

Unless we throw a bunch if interceptions we should pretty much shut them down. Our defense is good and the DB's are growing up.

I went to a TCU vs W Virginia game a few years ago. Took my son while the wife and daughter went shopping. It was a nice little stadium that they had just renovated. 30 minutes bf kickoff- we were literally dropped off at the gates- no where near SEC level atmosphere but still nice.

Will E. Thompson have to sit out the first half due that targeting penalty?

ET was booted in first half so he should be good for the bowl game.

Congrats to the team! In this crazy mixed up screwed up year it's nice to keep the bowl streak alive and get a head start on spring practice and 2021. Team fought hard to the last game and we have showed improvement

Never thought that would happen but the bowl streak continues. Good luck to them.

So the team will practice Mon-Wed, take 3 days for Christmas, all who haven?t had it get Covid, the rest report back on Saturday afternoon. for 2 days, then fly to DFW on Monday, practice Tuesday/Wednesday, play Thursday morning, and celebrate with families on Thursday night.

I can?t see Leach not giving them a couple days for Christmas.

No. Remember Egg Bowl year before last and Abrams got kicked out in the second half with all the fighting. He got to start in the bowl game.

That's a reason I was hoping to play this coming weekend instead of next. There's a lot of time for either us or Tulsa to have a COVID outbreak. It's probably smarter to keep the players in Starkville.

It's more about the extra practice time than the game. Playing a bowl game on 6 days notice would totally screw us in terms of the extra practice time. 13 days notice is still less than normal years but definitely better than having less than full calendar week.
