DJ Stewart (few stats).....

Through first 7 games this season
18.7 pts per gm
47.2 fg%
48.3..3 pt%
68.3 ft%
3.3 rbs per gm

Young man representing the Greenville MS area well....exceptionally well. Wouldn't be surprised to see him eventually drafted to the NBA. Keep on keeping on DJ.

Iverson Molinar and Tolu Smith...appear impressive talents as well

You’re right, which is why it’s frustrating that we are 4-3. You shoot free throws well and you’re 6-1. The little things matter.

Dude, this thread title scared the crap out of me. Usually name threads say that person is transferring or opting out haha. Yes, he's having a good season so far

Howland HAS to adapt or Cohen needs to step in. He needs an assistant that coordinates the half court offense... it?s so frustrating watching the talent on this team run an archaic half court

I would like to see howland tweak the offense, but do we really want Cohen telling howland how to coach basketball? Cohen's football hires have done a number on our football program.

The most frustrating things about our team to me are:
1.) refusal to start Jalen Johnson until the last game. He has started almost 80 games coming into this season. You could clearly see Matthews was not ready to play major minutes

2.) free throws. MY GOSH. Putrid.
Every player should shoot 500 a day.

By Cohen step in I mean heavily suggest bring someone in to help with the offense.

DJ is a star in the making. Sweet stroke, long, explosive and can handle the ball. He may be all SEC this year and I agree with others, he has a chance at the next level.

As far as the O, we look better this year than any other year IMHO. Johnson now starting adds a shooter. I do like Mathews after watching him some. He has a great motor, hustles. He may be a Brandon Vincent before he is done.
