Is at 3:00, essentially the same time as the Iron Bowl. I, likely along with many others, wanted to watch both games. Wasn't our game at 6:30 at one time?

Just terrible scheduling. Many non-SEC fans consider both rivalries must watch TV. Having both at the same time is bad for the conference

Horrendous scheduling by the SEC. Downright embarrassing

In many ways this is a microcosm of how people outside the SEC see MSU & OM differently than people in the SEC.

It may shock many, but outside of our conference foot print, MSU & OM are very respected programs & many love the rivalry. I hear from Pac 12 & Big 12 people all the time that talk about the Egg Bowl.

However, in the conference, the Egg Bowl is just viewed as the irrelevant MS schools & treated as such.

Yeah, sort of. Use PiP I suppose, or "previous channel" during commercials.

But with Bama on CBS, they usually have a of promo stuff so the actual game start will probaby be closer to 3. SEC Network usually starts pretty much on time.
