This team plays like Jackie's early 90's teams and I'm fine w/that.

I'll bid adieu to the woke, soft, fraddie cats from Joe Mo's shitshow

Also took time to learn the flow and feel of the offense.

Yes, they were.

Still wanna see what we do vs mizzou on 12/5 (assuming egg is postponed) before I declare the offense fixed. I didn't freak out after ark bc it was 1 game, and I won't take too much from this one bc it's 1 game. I was extremely impressed for 2.5 quarters last night though against one of the best defenses in the country.

There's still gonna be some ebb and flow with this. But it will start to settle out probably mid next year or the following year. Try not to melt too much when the ebbs happen. Leach ain't playing with all 4 and 5* and top 10 classes like Saban mostly started with at Bama.

I'd say mizzou is equal or lesser talent, so a good barometer.

This is where I'm at. There are still a lot of concerns from me long-term but Last night was a great step in the right direction.

For sure, I like what I saw last night though. It looked easy & that's the key. The way we did it looked extremely repeatable.

The improvement may not be linear, but it's clear we're making strides

I think the 3-8 Defense negates talent a little bit. The talent advantage a team like UGA has is on the Dline and elite DB's that can play man 2 man. The 3-8 doesn't require man to man and they are only playing 3 dlinemen. Could be a reason why a team like UK could shut us down as easily as UGA or Bama. It will be interesting to see how we perform against Mizzou and Ole Miss. But the bottom line is last night was the first positive signs since LSU. So at least there might be some hope. I'm just going to ignore UGA shutting us down on the last 4 possessions.

No. It comes down to two things- execution and pressure from the d-line. We were having trouble with it because our line was confused and our QB was taking too long to make decisions. Normally most teams won't be able to get pressure with three. So then it becomes does the opponent want to sit back the entire game and let us pick them apart 10 yards at a time or score quickly.

Im not sure that our success last night is to be contributed to some major culture change. I saw young players trying to make the best of their opportunity to play. If I had to wager, I would bet that having a small number of players the last couple of weeks gave the coaches more one on one time and the players benefited from getting more reps.

Sorry to disappoint many but we ain't fixed or have a trajectory in right direction yet on O. Culture - yes, D we are good. We did some better things on O like blocking, QB decision making until they started jumping routes (almost threw couple Int and pick 6). WR play looked a little better.

Malcontents look like they were gone. ET looked like his old self last night.

What you saw last night on O was UGA being LSU stupid for nearly 2.5 quarters. Playing man, not jumping routes, etc. They stopped us in the 2nd half after they adjusted. Not sure what tapes they have been watching.

Lets see what happens the rest of the year before we anoint ourselves healed of this offensive offense. Did we not learn anything from LSU?
