Thanks for posting this - definitely worth a listen. Kudos to Hadad for making it happen. Sounds like what's mostly (emphasis on mostly) going on is covid exacerbating Leach's process of making sure the players he has truly want to be there. Even if there's other stuff going on, this is what happens and WSU was into their second year with CML before it started to come together. That doesn't do much to diminish the suckitude for fans right now and puts us in the vulnerable position of having to trust the guy.

I don't know of many multimillion dollar companies that would accept this degree of loss just to build back to the same profitability level - ie once again being a 7-5 team. Hopefully CML still has the fire and wants to go out on a high note.
