Ironic he opted out on the day of the vote on the new flag.

Hate it for Kylin but glad he admitted ML gave him time to figure things out ....if that's the way things happened.

The OP sounds like it was written by a PR dept. to me

At least it’s a classy exit on his part in the public forum.

No idea what happened in real life but this is a graceful way to have it end.

This. The saga has come to its conclusion, and no one looks bad in the end. Best result for all.

Agreed. If this is how it ends for Kylin at State, this is the best possible exit. Good luck to him in the future.

Best case scenario for all involved. He gets to "opt out" due to covid concerns, and our football team can move forward. Best of luck to him.

Best of luck to Kylin.. whatever the truth really is.. doesn't matter. this guy grinded for us for 3 years and is a hell of a RB. I do wonder if he is going to get the feedback he wants about the draft.. or he ends up somewhere next year where he can put up some big numbers again for one more year.

I'll give this to Kylin, I don't know that he's completely matured but he is lightyears more mature than when he arrived. A very classy way to exit thanking Leach for giving him time. Kudos to Kylin and thank for all you did for the team and for the State. Hope he gets on a team with a good culture at the next level and is able to thrive.

If Kylin wrote that, he's got to be in the 99th percentile of football players in intelligence.
