Auburn could easily be 1-4 or 0-5 right now.

Why on Earth would you want Gus right now when the only thing standing between him and 0-5 are gift calls from SEC?

What on Earth makes you think he could win with MSU's talent when he's on the hot seat every year at Auburn?

I've seen you guys want to hire about 7 different coaches over the past 2 week? You realize we can't do that right?

Why shouldn't they be Bama?

They dominated the 80s and won a recent National Title. What holds them back from being Bama?

Malzahn averages about the #10 recruiting class. He may average #20 at State so the question is how successful would he be playing in the same division with lesser rated players. I say his record would be similar to Mullen's at State.
Plus, after nine years some of our fans still couldn't spell Mullen so I'd hate to see how bad they would struggle with Malzahn.

No, Leach is a top 10 FBS coach. Gus is probably a top 25 one, but not in the top 10.

At this point I simply went a coach that will actually play the players that are playing best instead of players like KJ Costello.

Yes. That was hard to type. Only because Gus runs the offense that better fits MSU. It'll be much easier for the next coach. This experiment is gonna set us back years.
