It means when you get your period, but it's not really flowing it's more of a leaky drip.

I'm sure he is referring to the Adam James incident. Which is not in any way like what is happening here, but whatever, Finebaum is going to continue doing his Jerry Springer pot stirring crap as long as people keep paying attention to him.

Finebum is the biggest douche that ever sat down behind a mic. He would question the existence of humanity if he thought anybody would listen.

I wonder if the blowback on the James incident back then led to his adamant position of no tolerance today .... If so I can understand that. I remember when that all went down and also thinking Leach was probably right .... anyone that has played football knows that things are different in the football world than it is for everyday life.... If I went home and cried to my parents how I was treated unfairly during practice my old man would have said you chose it so you stick it out... Things that seem to be wrong or unfair in everyday life often are perceived differently by football players as they were used to getting yelled at or having to run stadium steps for what is sometimes considered a simple screw up. Just like the military has it's own world so does football and the James kid decided his dads celebrity status exempted him from that

Read his book - "Swing Your Sword" and you will get a lot of insight of just how shitty he was done at Texas Tech. They still owe him money for the unjustified firing. Adam James lied to his father, Craig, who had a lot of power at the time and being the douche bag he is, he ran him out of town.

Pretty sure that James the kid has since been proven that he is was lying and everyone has seen what Craig James is as a man.

Leach had a regret about how he handled Adam James and it was one thing. "THAT HE DID NOT CUT HIM OFF THE TEAM. Now, when he gets players that won't buy in... he just cuts 'em and gets ones that do. He will not waste his time trying to get a player to TRY. You either get with the program or he moves on to focus on people that will do what he requires.

That's who he is, and who he will be.

And this is what I love about Leach. So much of that is gone these days. He won't win much with this these players, but he is definitely gonna be a winner here. He always has been. I expect he will be a 7-9 game per season winner here, with an occasional 10 win season. Just a little better than Mullen. He'll beat some of the blue bloods way more often than Mullen did.

THIS is what guys like me are hoping for. Just because of a little bellyaching doesn't mean we don't support him or even want him gone ... It only means we aren't as enamored as most others are with him. If he does what you just said above I would probably worship the guy and wash his car .... and I'm not at all referring to discipline issues as he has my full support - I'm talking about X's and O's from yesterdays offense as opposed to todays multi-dimensional spread offenses .... the thing is - when some of us discuss with a differing opinion , as we should do on a message board then we are labeled as idiots, no-brain, delusional, or whatever other belligerent adjectives I've seen. All anyone has to go on is a book and his past record at TT & WSU ... and 2 years as a co-ordinator

Great post and just for the record, I certainly don't think you are an idiot or anything like that. Hell, I wanted him fired after the UK game!!!!! Lol. That was my emotional self. I get the frustration and difference in opinions. That's healthy.
