If Mullen would've just ran those plays on the goal line, most of this board would've flipped out. Maybe rightly so

These finesse Big 12 offenses just can't handle physical defenses.

Same with us vs OK State. Our defense shut them down, but our offensive game plan was elementary

It's 3-2!!!

Pop the champagne boys, we've still got the 3-2 record.

These special teams coaches need to be fired. Both sides giving up big plays.

Hope Seastrunk is OK. Really want to see him light it up.

If nothing else, maybe Baylor can get a safety and make it 5-5.

Here comes Baylor...

It's really impressive how fast Baylor gets the snap off. They can barely show a replay before it's snapped again. It's several seconds faster than Auburn, aTm, Ole Miss etc..only Oregon rivals their speed of pace on offense. Why are we not doing this at State?

Ok thanks. I keep forgetting about that one.

We could beat either one of these teams.

Yea, just like we took care of that shitty Oklahoma State team.

Just like that it's 24-5. Baylor has thrown vertical deep passes over 15 times already and only a few have connected until now BUT combined with their NASCAR offense it has created huge holes for the running game and now they are connecting on the deep throws too. Run/throw deep, snap it lightning fast and run/throw deep. Whichever play you want the pace and continuous attack on the safeties frees up gigantic space for your offense.

I'm pretty sure you said, "COULD". Yes we COULD beat either of these teams, as we COULD or SHOULD have beaten OK State. Just depends on our level of not screwing up.

I hope Baylor hangs a big number on them. Never have liked Stoops.

Baylor runs it on 4th down, makes it and then quickly snaps it and throws a 20 yard straight vertical to a completely wide open receiver. 31-5 right now.

We have better everything than Baylor except an elite Coach.

That, and first round NFL RB in Lache Seastrunk and a 3rd-4th rounder in Glasco Martin backing him up, and a pretty badass third string RB too.

5 years ago, Baylor would have been the least likely of all major conference teams to ever win a national title (well other than Duke maybe). They are an inspiration to us all, a beacon of hope for the MSUs of the world. I find it inconceivable that there are MSU fans who want Alabama to gobble up yet another crystal trophy when it could be won by a program on the same longshot tier as us.

I'm rooting for Baylor too. Texas and aTm would shit themselves if Baylor wins a NC.

Why isn't anyone chanting for us to hire Art Briles? If he can win at Baylor, I'm certain he could win here! Do folks just think we can't get a proven coach like him? He makes less than CDM according to the USAToday story about coaches salaries. I think he would be a home run hire!

I'd be all for it, but no way in hell he'd come to State. He's got a good thing going at Baylor right now, and he can get a much better job than MSU when he decides to leave BU

Because he's not going to pick us over Texas?

Because he's not going to pick us over Texas?

Would Texas pick him though? I'm not so sure. It'll take him a couple years to implement his system and Texas will know they are facing a few rough seasons at first. I think they'll be too scared to fully commit to the Baylor offense right now. Plus Mack Brown is 5-0 in the Big12 right now.

This is a big one too. I don't keep up with the rumors or message boards so this is just personal conjecture but I think Brown has saved his job for now.
