I like that they convert it to modern day 12 game skeds, which likely gives you these records:
1991: 8-4; Mullen 5-7
1992: 8-4; Mullen 8-4
1993: 5-7; Mullen 6-6
1994: 9-3; Mullen 8-4
1995: 4-8; Mullen ??? anywhere from 4-8 to 6-6
I just assumed we would have played an FCS school to get the extra wins. I split the ties in 1993, where we likely beat ASU in OT and lose to Arkansas in Little Rock.
You could get a myriad of information to compare those if you wanted. But one thing that the 6 pack thread leaves out is that King Jackie didn't get heat until his SIXTH year. But he also won 3 more technical games than Mullen over 4 years. King Jackie also won 3 games against non-SEC OOC teams (Texas twice, Baylor), but he also lost to Memphis twice and NE Louisiana. So cancel that out.
Are those 3 extra mythical wins worth the heat Mullen is getting?
