Man we dodged a bullet with that guy. Not impressed at all. Blew a 24 pt lead at home to navy and had some boneheaded calls in the second half.

Exactly. He may not have the ideal QB for his system but if that's the case you don't call go routes on 4th and 3 when you've blown the lead and you haven't scored in the fourth quarter.

It's Tulane though. It's hard to win consistently there. I think Fritz has the right idea though- recruit Louisiana and South Mississippi heavily. There are a lot of guys that aren't quite SEC players or would be role guys in the SEC that are good players that can make them competitive.

He will unless he's juco. Or possibly if Hall takes over at USM. Keyes Sr film is going to outstanding though. Looks better than he's ever looked IMO.
