Rumors going around the nerds on YouTube that Pedro Pascal has quit The Mandalorian. Nothing official. The rumor is he wanted more scenes without the helmet on and Favreau and Filoni told him "No. That's not gonna happen."

Rumors going around the nerds on YouTube that Pedro Pascal has quit The Mandalorian. Nothing official. The rumor is he wanted more scenes without the helmet on and Favreau and Filoni told him "No. That's not gonna happen."

Damn, that would suck. But if he doesn't understand the importance of wearing the helmet in Mandalorian culture, then he's not right for the part anyway. I mean, they spent almost all of season 1 basically saying "Mandalorians don't take off the helmet." The only logic that allowed it to be taken off was was that the droid technically isn't a living thing.

Well, per Doomcock Pedro Pascal is still the Mandalorian but starting in season 3 he will not be wearing the suit. He will be recording his lines while some other actor wears the suit. Pascal wanted just a scene once an episode where it was just him eating, bathing or just in solitude thinking without the helmet. And if you don't follow Doomcock, you should.
