Broke his forearm tonight, HBP. Out for the rest of the year. He should make the the team in spring training and have a good year in 2021.

Damn. That sucks. Hopefully that injury is an easy recovery.

That's tough because of the role of the wrist in the swing. I remember David Justice had a similar injury and had a tough time coming back from it.

I wish Rooker well! He's tough enough to come back from it!

For as much as a player has invested in their career. I would wear the Barry Bonds battle armor.

He crowded the plate for sure. But he protected himself.

Amen on the armor. I can’t imagine getting hit with a 95 mph fastball. In high school I took a 72 mph fastball to the inside of the elbow and thought I was going to die. Probably the worst spot to get hit but still, the guy was lobbing it and it about killed me.
