as planned ... interesting where they talk about the possibility of two Rose Bowls since the Big 10 and PAC 12 are the tie-ins

To me, because of the fact that the Big 10 and PAC 12 don't want to play for political reasons now that the truth is basically out- either play in the fall and compete for a title or play in the spring with no shot to win a title. Can't and shouldn't have it both ways.
