I wish they would have done like FSU is doing. FSU is allowing tailgating but only at your parking spot. They have something similar to the Junction there. That won't be allowed and would just be a bad idea. But just grilling with my group in a parking lot isn't an issue I wouldn't think.

I don't like the extra year unless they increase the roster size. Every college educated man who stays that extra year screws a high school student that has nowhere else to go.

I don't get the bickering.

This is literally the best anyone could've hoped for.

Also, it's actually better for the local economy if there is no tailgating as more people will go out to eat before and after the game

Until we know the number of players you can have on scholarship, it's hard to see the impact.

If they don't up the roster and scholarship numbers then they are going to absolutely screw over some high school kids who have nowhere else to go, in favor of some college educated men.

Where does Reeves think he has the authority to issue these orders? He's directly infringing on our right to assemble. It's time for some serious peaceful civil disobedience. Enough with these mini-tyrants and their overreach on power they don't have.

The university really needs to allow southern tailgate traditions to take over the junction. It less than what it could be with the kids taking over.

I don't see how they can't up it honestly. It's going to be a mess for the next five years already no matter what they do.

Rule number one when your incharge. Don't ever make a law that you can't enforce. I remember when our City Council voted to outlaw basketball goals in the streets next to a persons driveway. Right after it was passed the police chief asked them who was going to enforce it cause he wasn't.

I really don't understand taters executive order. Here's the link if you want to read it:

https://www.sos.ms.gov/content/executiveorders/ExecutiveOrders/1519.pdf?_ga=2.107609922.1117569926.1597656012-1284241046.1597165209

What I don't understand is paragraph 2 right above this his signature and, you can look, he state that this order expires August 31, 2020! If the be case his order has nothing to do with this years football season!

The situation with COVID19 is so fluid they are purposely issuing short term executive orders that can be easily modified or amended. Don't worry, Order 1519 will be amended by 1520 before Aug 31.

On the flip side we could return serious firepower next season. Nothing is guaranteed with regards to the draft or even playing this season, so imagine a returning KJ Costello next year. This will have major ramifications so it's interesting to see what they decide.

Scholarships are for one year only. There will be guys riding the bench who are going to get screwed. It is going to force guys to step up or step out. That's what I am thinking. Also it could help AAC schools pick up more 4 Stars.

Barring an injury KJ won't be back. And still probably would go pro. Glad to know your stupid posts arent limited to politics and Covid. But we knew that w your prediction last year that you kept sticking w. Keep up the good work.

He's a RINO from the Haley Barbour wing of the GOP. The election campaign between he and Hood was a shit show of negative ads because neither one has a record of accomplishments to run on. Our choices were between bad and worse. TraitorTot sucks very slightly less than Hood. Authoritarianism isn't limited by party affiliation, unfortunately.

Let me know when & where and I'll join y'all if I'm around. Enough is enough. Time to live life. We were told 15 days of lockdown to flatten the curve so hospitals wouldn't be overwhelmed. We're going on 160 days of lockdown. 6 months of our lives we'll never get back.
