Does anyone know what happened to Corky Palmer? Just saw a post on Facebook about him possibly needing emergency surgery.

Corky was my neighbor for a couple years back in the early 2000s. I'll have to see what I can find out. He's a good dude.

He had neck surgery Tuesday and after surgery he had a stroke. He was better Thursday but had to have a craniotomy this morning. He?s in Critical Condition and could use our prayers.

Used to see Corky in Lenny's and Po Boy Express all the time. Haven't seen him in about a year though.

Yeah just heard from someone close to him he's not doing well. Please keep him in your prayers. He's a good dude.

Apparently he had to also be airlifted to Jackson due to his condition. He’s is bad shape right now.

I hope he pulls through. I would see him at every USM game at Trustmark Park. Don't know him personally but seems like he was a good dude.

I spoke with Ted and he said slight improvement today! He responded to verbal commands when asked to put one finger up and give a thumbs up. Eyes still remain closed but he did have some movement out of his right arm and leg. Still a long ways to go but this is certainly encouraging news. Please continue to pray for our friend!!!

Coach Berry sends a report out as regularly as he can. This was mid afternoon. Ted is CP?s brother.
