Can't decide which part makes me feel older -
That this was 27!!! Years ago, or that I am now older than Nolan Ryan was.
Oy!

What is weird is when you get to the age your dad was when he died and when your son gets to the age you were when your dad died. When I hit 37 that was the first thing that came to mind. This is the age my dad was when he died. Then when my son hit 10 the first thing I thought was that was the age I was when my dad died. My dad was 25 years old when I was born and he was in Vietnam

I remember reading about what Ventura said after the fight. He said, "Nolan had a plan, and I didn't". The old man taught the young man a lesson!

I'm getting old, cause I remember this! Sad thing watching that video and some of those players and coaches have passed away. That makes me really feel old.

this clip didn't show a padre chasing Pasqual Perez into the dugout and then Bob Horner knocking the guy back out of the dugout ... Priceless !!

I was watching that game on TBS Nothing better than Bob Horner coming out of the clubhouse to threaten to beat people with his cast!
