Do they still have to take your drink from you at closing time in Starkville?

I worked at Cheers for several years back in the day and taking drinks was, by far, my least favorite part of working there. People would go buy 2 or 3 pitchers of beer at last call and then only drink maybe 1. Taking the other(s) did not make folks happy.

This only allows for possession in all counties, Counties still have to vote to become wet.

I thought I read this makes all counties wet, but they could vote to go back dry if they wanted to.

Yes that's true but I wouldn't want to be running against it if I was small town mayor. Think of the Tax rev from this in a small town like Magee or Carthage

Jones County and Hinds Co are both shown as half the county being dry and the other half being wet ... WTH ? With Jones I know that Laurel is wet while the county was dry with a few areas being zoned as "Resort" but that was to serve alcohol by the glass .... how can this be ?

Magee is very wet as of late last year. We have 3 liquor stores already.
