Any chance this was passed for us due to potential attendance issues and needing increased income any way possible?

It's not the first or the last time that sports arenas pass rules due to extenuating circumstances that will be held over afterwards.

It's what I fear will happen with the Talladega no more cooler policy they enacted last week.
