No, Charlie Merkel is the RR attorney, he's a huge OM supporter, he gave the money to build a IPF for one of their sports. Jim Waite of Tupelo is Saunders attorney. I think Waite was the OM attorney in the Tom Mars/Houston Nutt lawsuit.
