USM's leading scorer and big O's son, Gabe Watson.

Also, looking at former T100 player, Tray Jackson from Mizzou.

Gabe Watson headed to Tulane. Most important recruit for this staff is Woodard! More "noise" that a return is a possibility.

I still don?t see Woodard as a first round pick this year..... I hope he is getting good advice...

I hope we get guys who have truly produced at their previous school and not just average like 6 points a game.

If they're an upperclassman yes but I don't mind taking young talented guys who may not have gotten in the rotation yet.

I don't care really. We have fallen so much...even recruiting has taken a dip. I'll be back on MBB when Howlands washed up ass is gone.

No.....you'll just complain that the new coach was a piss poor hire.

Missouri transfer, Tray Jackson out of Detroit Michigan appears to be somewhat of a tweener, somewhere in between the 3 and 4 spots. Example....Romero Osby but with Kodi Augustus type weight as a freshman.

Easy to see a very talented young player in Jackson.

247 Missouri site lists Tray Jackson as 100% to MSU now. Could not find his season stats. 4 star coming out of HS in Detroit

He was in & out of the rotation with Cuonzo. He only avg 8min/gm. He had a run of 3 out of 4 games where he played 15min or more. Not surprisingly those were his 3 best games of the year. He had 8pts 4rebs in 16min vs South Carolina, he had 9pts 4rebs in 15min vs Arkansas, & then 9pts 4rebs in 19min vs LSU. After those games he never played more than 10min in any of the last 6 games.

We getting him or not? You seem to have some pretty good inside info

3 and 4 positions are probably what we are weakest at right now.

Gabe Watson to Tulane

sucks b/c we recruited him, but on the flip side I didn't really want a 30% 3 point shooter. We need 4 guys on the court around Ado that can shoot the 3.

Big loss because other than DJ Stewart and Molinar we don't have a guard on the current roster right now that can play in the SEC. Hopefully the true freshman can play a lot of minutes. Watson was averaging over 13 pts/game in CUSA.
