With every new CL article coming out it's becoming more and more apparent to me that Fabien's departure had little to do with CML's tweet. As it's been said on here and other MSU avenues, the dad is and has always been an issue, going back to his recruitment in 2018. He is obviously using the CL and whoever Rashad Milligan is as a mouthpiece to redo his sons recruitment to his liking this time, and using Leach's tweet as an excuse to get out with no blow back (and possibly obtain a hardship waiver?). It's sad more than anything. You can just take a look at the young man's tweets to know something was brewing long before Leach hit send..

Correct.

The father has taken Leach's tweet as an opportunity to attempt to acquire immediate eligibility.

It's wrong and frankly it's dragging MSU's name through the mud for his own selfish ambition.

Hopefully the kid will have to sit a year. It's not right what has happened.

I've stayed out of this one but I don't think there's any doubt there's more to the story. Good luck to him wherever he goes but I'm done concerning myself with him. Time to move on, we will be fine.

Yep, it will be a non story in about 60 days and a bump in the road to success.

I have zero problem with ANY athlete that leaves UNTIL they want to damage MSU on the way out. Then, I do take issue.

IF, he did leave due to a tweet, he's going to have some major problems when he gets out in the 'real' world.
