Thought I just saw somewhere that his symptoms were getting better. Did he take a turn for the worse? Or is it possible he's been in ICU for a couple of days and shown improvement there?

Eli Johnson posted on 247 Spirit, that they eased the ventilator back last night from 70 to 60, I assume PSI. His oxygen/blood level held at 98%, and they inserted a feeding tube this morning and he is getting nutrients. They had given David and his wife chloroquine and she has improved. David had been improving before this set back.

Damn, I pray he gets better. Did he have any health issues prior to becoming infected?

Even though I don’t know David personally, he’s done me a few favors at request of mutual friends. He’s a quality human being. I hate he’s dealing with this. I’m praying for him and his family.

Concerning to hear and even more so because of the age demographic they are in. Whether you feel like this whole thing is overblown or not. We all need to take this very seriously.

Don't know any details about his situation personally. 70 to 60 is probably referring to the percent oxygen thru the ventilator. Good sign it's going down but 60 still is a decent amount of support. Usually need to get to at least 40 before thinking of getting someone off. That is just one of a few major parameters to consider. Another thing to note for those worried that people may not be getting a fair trial or treatments even when they are in critical condition: I can guarantee almost every coronavirus patient in the ICU is getting just about everything available that could be helpful, whether validated or not yet.

Hoping and praying for his recovery. A very sad and tough situation.
