Feet determine when he comes set. I didn't see it though. But there have been a lot of pitchers screwing with what is set and not set lately. I think there were some minor rule changes due to all that this year. I blame Ethan Small mostly (jk).

I think he's had a huge slump every year he's been here, but he always seems to come out of it. I'd rather it be now than in May, but it'd be nice if we could get competent Rowdy for a season.
