Now hold on a minute, while we may have problems at the administrative level that limit what we can do, I'm still seeing things on the field like a lack of fire from the players and execution mistakes that are just pure out coaching issues.

We're not going to clean the entire house and just leave the kitchen dirty. Hud replaces Mullen AND we fix everything else at the same time. Plus we add the 30+ positions we are lacking right now compared to our direct competition.
