As long as there's an MS on it, never too old. I see older people wear them all the time at games and they look fine

I got a brand new grey one with a maroon M over S and it is almost too pretty to bend the bill.... Before now I have always thought that unless you were in high school, or a custom motorcycle builder, it didn't look quite right.

I’m 52 and I do occasionally. Occasionally meaning anytime I want to wear a State baseball cap. Because flat bills are about all you can get these days. I just bend mine a little yo make them not so flat.

As long as you are playing professional baseball or major college ball, knock yourself out regardless of your age. Or if you are playing high school and already showing up in mock drafts I guess go head. Otherwise, no

What about my Classic Truck Company hat? One of the Texas Metal guys gave it to me so I didn't pick it out. It is a great looking cap, and I got scolded when I started off bending it. I like wearing it but not sure, I Bend it a tad just not as much as my norm.

All I wear at 41. May shape slightly but my shades and glasses fit better since wear hat low(er) than most

Same here DD. Of course if it's your cap, you can wear the bill anyway you want too. :D

You should only wear a flat bill if you are 14 yrs old or younger and actually live in California or you're sitting in the stands when we play Long Beach State next weekend in Long Beach. Other than then you should never wear a flat bill hat in Mississippi unless you are 14 yrs old or younger. Otherwise, you're going to look like a punk.

I'm mid 30s and dress like I did in college, and I still don't wear a flat bill hat. But as others have said, you do you

I don?t know how anyone can complain about flat bills when there are still visors in the world. I think visors are for d-bags who like to wear hats, but still want the world to know they have a nice head of hair.

Wear what you want. I wear 90% structured truckers or fitted and most of those bills are flat and I add a slight curve

Why do grown men care what other men wear?

Why do grown men care what other men wear?

It comes from extended exposure to estrogen. You start off with the “ I don’t give a 17” attitude. Then you learn that it’s easier to feign interest in things such as decor and fashion than to suffer the derision. Then one day you come home and actually notice that you got new hand towels in the guest bathroom. At that point you might as well get you some shoes with Velcro and some pants with elastic waistbands.

I don't care what others wear. It just gives me something to laugh at. Flat bill on an older man just screams, I don't want to grow up!

A flat bill completely defeats the purpose of the bill itself.

I don't give a damn what other men wear to games....the opening post asked about flat bill hats and how old is too old. I just gave him my opinion. Like others on here have said..."you do you". Just know that you'll look foolish wearing a flat bill hat if your older than a kid in jr. high.

The whole "premise" of the original post suggest that he or his "friend" care about what others think otherwise he wouldn't ask the question....I don't care enough to even notice another man wearing a flat bill hat nor would I give a shit....

Why are the flat billers getting so defensive with the "why do grown men care blah blah"

The thread is literally a question? Answering the question does not mean you care.

"How old is too old for a flat bill cap?"

"Anytime after birth because they look stupid"

It's just an answer to the question. The question is opinioned based. The answers are opinioned based.
