How difficult would it be for Starkville to change it's name to StarkVegas?

I LOVE the interlocking MSU but I think we need to focus on "STATE"

If Leach does what I'm expecting / hoping he will do, our brand may become National and I think we need to be thinking about what we are gonna do about it.

HOWEVER, once we have established different things, it needs to be PERMANENT......

I want StarkVegas and STATE. Make it happen

Starkvegas as a nickname is cool; leave Starkville as is. Starkvegas is on the Hump floor. MSU is Starkvegas.

I am tired of the SECN though throwing vegas in front of every SEC town. I think MSU should say something to SEC media about using it when it is an MSU brand. Nashvegas, Knoxvegas etc.. Laura Rutlege loves using it on everyone. Maybe we'll start the 12th man or whatever.

I started in '73 so pretty much dark ages. Most of fraternity row and some other areas are in the city limits. I know this because I was director of a voter registration drive for the beer referendum effort, when I was involved with the student association.
