Despite the issues he had to deal with in his career, he always seemed like an upstanding guy. He always seemed to have some back drama from players his entire career, yet prevailed and kept putting winning products on the field. I'm just happy for a guy who had dealt with so much, to finally win the big one. He dealt with his son committing suicide a few years back.

The man has dealt with a lot and pushed through. Something we should all strive for. I tip my had to Andy Reid for finally putting himself in the level of coaches that he deserves to be in.

Nice job. Hard work and perseverance pays off. Stay the course and congratulations.

I had forgotten about his son. As a father myself, I don't know how a parent deals with that. Hats off to the guy, well deserved and thanks for a quality thread start Rogue .

Ok, so he won one with the Packers in 96 or 97 as the O Line coach and TE Coach

He was Steve Young JV Coach at BYU. That was funny when Steve said that last night.
