Harder and harder for what? We suiting up and going to play a game next week? Recruiting is pretty much over on the defensive side for the year and players signed. They are doing right by not panicking and getting the right DC. Give it time.

He was referring to the fact that FSU didn't even consider T Buck who is one of their best defensive backs in FSU history. It would be like us not even considering Dak as QB coach. If T Buck even has the chance to go to FSU then he isn't going to UM.

According to google, Terrell Buckley is worth about $28 mil dollars.

My guess and this is only a guess, is that he's a solid coach & players love him, but within the industry he's probably not known as a grinder.

That's not a knock on him because if I were worth $28 mil, I'm not sure I'd be burning the mid-night oil talking to 16 year olds on the phone & watching film either
