In Swing Your Sword Leach says he doesn't like to retain staff.

Says it's really hard for them to tell the players something different than what he was telling them under the previous staff.

If you want to know how Leach approaches things, Swing Your Sword lays it out pretty well. I don't think we could have hired anyone more diametrically opposed to Moorhead than Leach, opposite ends of the spectrum in offensive philosophy. Leach is light years ahead as a HC from Moorhead (and Mullen for that matter considering his experience when we hired him), he is seasoned and knows what he wants from his coaches, players and administration. The team that takes the field next year will reflect that, W's and L's will be what they are but I think the product on the field will be exciting nonetheless.
