LSU, the booster, and the charity hospital

Anyone heard anything else about this situation? Has the booster already gone to Federal Court or anything? Story sort of went away after L$U had the run to #1. You can bet the NCAA or the $EC will never bring it up unless forced too. ($ee Scam Newton and their #1 $eason).

He reported to federal prison in early December. His sentence was around 3+ years plus full restitution back to OLOL Hospital system. It's a real sad story of what this guy did to his family and others.

Did they launder the money through the hospital or did this guy actually “steal” it?
