I stayed up and read most all the book last night. Loved it. I thought this is just the type of coach I've been wishin we could get ... especially how he understands motivating people. That is Bear all over again (after his earlier, Junction Boy years).

Hope Leach still has the fire in his belly cause I'm loving this hire more by the minute. I think what he does offensively will work here ... hope I'm right.
