Now do we give the man the resources to succeed, will we be competitive with funding an assistants pool, will we significantly increase the recruiting staff and budgets? Will we do what's proper for S&C? Until then great splash, but don't send him into a gun fight throwing rocks. This hire seems to say that MSU is serious about being part of the narrative now lets see if we back it up. I hope this happens.

I think we will need to significantly upgrade our recruiting staff. Bring Pat Austin back in the fold, and retain some of these MS coaches with deep ties. This should offset our coach recruiting to some degree.

S&C is a huge item on Mike's list so not worried here. Excited for the hire.
