I've lurked for a long time, but never posted.

First, I'm pumped about the Mike Leach hire!

I was doing a little research and found this video of him from 2010 that should give a little insight on how he holds a team accountable for their performances and effort.

This video definitely has explicit language. Also, this was after a win.

Thought he was going to start this afternoon on the Tarmac while he was talking to the players for a few minutes while his wife was holding that big ole pile of gifts in her arms.
