I'm intrigued by the hire, but Cohen isn't close to being a ninja. His coaching searches are a huge cluster. Not to mention the micromanagement and penny-pinching of AD ops.

Not really, and I'm not even a big fan of the hire. He was thorough and went with a gut feeling.

Cluster for message boards only. It appears he went and hired a hell of a coach that was making 4.0 Million at a sitting P5 location. I doubt Leach took a paycut to come here so before saying he pinched pennies lets see the contract tomorrow.
