Fickell was but is happy to stay to wait for a bigger job in his natural footprint. Bout to get an extension that will push $3 MIL per year at Cin.

Fritz really hurt his chances by having a flat finish to the year. If he had won 9-10 games, he might already be somewhere else but the season ended up as a set back. He was interested in Mizzou but I don’t think things went very far
