Sark or Grantham?

I'm good with either, but what staff members would you like to keep and bring in?

T Buck Secondary
Hughes ST/ ?
Adams DL (recruiting , plus young DL got better)

Bring:
Sale OC/OL was impressed with the games I watched and lots of SEC experience.
Looney OL ( all dawg played position and coached under Sale)

Sark all day over Grantham.

While Grantham certainly fits the personality fit box better than Sark, there is just overwhelming evidence that Sark is a better head coaching candidate.

Due to a lack of media opportunities and being in a box, I don't feel like we really know Sark's personality.

Grantham, recruits the south better.

Grantham actually wants to be here and won't be looking for the first train out of town. Sark does not fit our culture imo.
