I don't think Leach is a great fit because he's never coached SEC west type players.

That being said, if you took control and surrounded him with Feld and a legit SEC, I think it could work.

Regardless of your feelings, our offense under Leach would be significantly better than it ever was under Joe. I just don't know if he fixed the culture issues and S&C concerns. Cohen would have to surround him with help.
