The 1st thing I would have done is call Urban Meyer's agent and offer him $8 million a year, or whatever amount would make him the highest paid coach in the nation. Tell him you expect 7-10 wins a year and he has no problems at all. No pressure for that bad heart.

I would have then called Bret McMurphy, Bruce Feldman, and Tony Barnhart and told them what I just did.

I would have made him say no. It would have exploded all over ESPN and social media. Fans would have gone nuts.

If he says no? Big deal. Fans are pumped Cohen has balls. And are placated for a couple of days until you get your man.

Who knows? $8 million is hard to say no to. Shooters shoot. Take your shot.

Nobody is gonna hate you for that. And again, while they are doing that, you can be quietly carrying out the search.

I agree, but Cohen doesn't know how to market.

It's not in his genes. He goes dark & all we hear is the train wreck behind the trees.

The guy has real issues running clean coaching searches.

While OM did that massive marketing campaign, we could hire Napier, who I think are most people's number 1 choice, & you maybe see 2 or 3 tweets that just gave info & weren't fun
