My fear with Judge

My concerns with Judge are:

1) can he recruit?

2) can he fix culture problems?

2) can he motivate a team?

3) can he evaluate coaching talent?

4) will he let coaches coach?

5) will he adapt and change, or will he be stubborn and prideful?

I wonder all those things because hes NEVER RECRUITED, CALLED PLAYS, MANAGED A TEAM, MADE DECISIONS KF ANY SIGNIFICANCE, OR HIRED/FIRED ANYONE.

it's almost like hes completely unqualified and we know jack about him. But "hes one if us!" So obviously it'll go great
