The Aaron Rodgers saga makes him sound like Morehead. Offensive system that worked with elitw talent, but he wouldn't adjust as the talent level dropped. Wouldn't discipline. Checked out as things fell apart.

Maybe he has spent the last year updating his system, but man that total checkout and give up attitude he had at the end in GB is a huge red flag.
