It's been pretty well established that we will at very least be making staff changes & I would think those would be happening ASAP.
So.... if we hear about a staff member being let go today, that IMO will mean that Joe is going to be our coach next year.
If we don't hear about a staff member being let go, then perhaps that means some wheels are turning.
Frankly, I don't see what quality assistant would come to a lame duck staff (And it is a lame duck staff. There's absolutely ZERO chance Joe turns this around). I just don't see how we are going to be able to upgrade our coaching staff with Joe as the head coach.
Actually, I can't think of a single reason, other than $, to keep Joe right now.
