I'd hire the most organized coach I could find that had an edge to him.

The problem with hiring football coaches is the same problem that entrepreneurs & artists have.

Many people that are thinkers & creative can't execute a plan. They are scatter brained & struggle to stay discipline to a singular plan.

Same thing for entrepreneurs. There are numerous people that have come up with million dollar ideas, but lacked the ability to organization to execute. All the creativity & toughness in the world is completely useless if you aren't organized & disciplined enough to execute it.

Find the organizer first & then worry about how tough & creative are.
